How we handle your data

What we collect. When you register for the webinar we ask for your first name and your email. That’s all. Both are entered by you, the parent, and we never collect information from children.

What we use it for. To send you the link to the webinar and a few reminders before it starts. Nothing else: no phone calls, no text messages, no other mailings.

Who else sees it. Our email delivery provider, to send the emails. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is told when someone visits this page and when someone registers, so that our ads can be measured; when you register, your email address is sent to Meta as a one-way code, never as readable text. We use analytics to understand how visitors use this site, for example, which pages are viewed. This helps us improve the page. We don’t sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone else.

How it’s stored. Your name and email are stored encrypted on servers located in the United States. Access is limited to the people running this webinar.

Your choices. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your registration at any time by replying to any of our emails.
